• Basic Procerures
    Step 1. Buyer issue an Official ICPO and receives Draft Contract with full banking co-ordinates.
    Step 2. Buyer countersign Draft Contract with full banking co-ordinates and return to Seller.
    Step 3. Seller and Buyer legally Exchanges Business Registration Certificate and Scan Passport of representative for mutual and official recognitions.
    Step 4. Seller commence process for legalization of Contracts / Process for Product Document / process for Allocation Transaction Certificate in favor of Buyer as the legitimate beneficiary with legal charges ($7,450+$43,000) borne by Buyer through Russian Government Ministry of Energy Authorized Law Chambers.
    Step 5. Seller courier the partial Proof of Products documents through bonded Courier as under listed;
    (i) Legalized Contract for 12 months successful transactions.
    (ii) Allocation Transaction Certificate in favor of Buyer issued by the Russian Ministry of Energy.
    (iii) Certificate of Attestation issued to Seller by the Russian Chamber of commerce.
    (iv) Membership Certificate issued to Seller by the Russian Chamber of commerce.
    (v) Statement of Product Availability issue to Buyer by the Ministry of Energy.
    (vi) Attestation of Allocation of product issued to Buyer by the Ministry of Energy.
    (vii) Certificate of origin of product issued by the Russian Chamber of commerce.
    (viii) Copy of Seller’s License to Export.
    (ix) Copy of Seller’s License to Transport.
    (ix) Copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
    (x) Transaction / Deal Passport of Product.
    (vi) Tank Receipts and copy of the Storage Agreement.
    Step 6. Buyer issue MT700 Documentary Letter of Credit to Seller Bank payable against presentation of shipping documents complying with the Letter of Credit terms & conditions & a copy of Notice of Readiness (NOR) issued by shipmaster or shipping agent.
    (i) Commercial Invoice - one original and three copies.
    (ii) Full set(s) of 3/3 original 'clean on board' bills of lading plus 3 non-negotiable copies each issued or endorsed to the order and, marked: 'freight payable as per charter party'.
    (iii) Certificate of quality analysis issued by SGS – one original and three copies.
    (iv) Certificate of origin issued by Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation - one original and three copies.
    Step 7. Vessel sail to discharge its cargo at Buyer’s destination port and payments are made by swift wire transfer directly to the seller’s bank accounts and commission agents as stipulated in the NCNDA/IMFPA after Buyer has received the post discharge Quality & Quantity report from SGS inspection.

    Non-Negotiable proderures for CI+DIP+PAY

    Step 1. Buyer issues official ICPO to Seller; the ICPO must be issued with Buyer’s Company Letter-Head containing Buyer’s full contact information.
    Step 2. Seller verifies Buyer’s official ICPO and issues Draft Contract and Commercial Invoice to the Buyer. Step 3. Buyer signs Draft Contract and Commercial Invoice and return with a Letter of Acceptance including a copy of Company License and a Scanned Passport copy of the Buyer.
    Step 4. Seller submit executed Contract to the Department of Buyers Protection and Storage Facility Authority for Registration in Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation. Buyer pay $54,720.00.
    Step 5. Seller issue to Buyer the following POP documents:
    (i) Registered Contract and Allocation Passport Certificate issued by Ministry of Energy. (ii) SGS Report. (BANK TO BANK)
    (iii) Title Certificate.
    (iv) Dip-Test Authorization. (Refenery in charge to do the DIP Test)
    (v) Tank Farm Receipts.
    (vi) Tank Manifest, Storage Port Agreement.
    (vii) Copy of Approval to Export.
    (viii) Copy of Seller’s License to Export.
    (ix) Copy of Statement of Availability of the product.
    (ix) Copy of the Refinery Commitment to produce the product.
    (x) Copy of Transneft Contract and Storage Facility to transport the product to port of loading.
    (vi) Copy of Charter Party Agreements to transport the product to discharge Port. (vii) Bill Of Lading.
    Step 6. After confirmation of Dip-Test, Buyer pays with TT or MT103 to the Seller for the lift-able quantity. Step 7. Buyer lifts product as agreed on Contract.
    Las especificaciones de las credenciales y el procedimiento son bastante explícitos.
    Precio es discutible dependiendo del interés y cantidad del cliente.
    El procedimiento es adecuado a las exigencias de la refinería y tanto precio aspectos de la negociación el mándate está abierto a llegar a acuerdos según el interés.
    Todo es verificable hasta las credenciales del mándate.
    Reuniones de interés en la materia puede ser en Miami.

    Precios:
    D2= 340 $ per TM3
    D6= 0.86 $ per Gallon
    Mamut= 320 $ per TM3
    JA1= 50 $ per Barril
    JP54= 50 $ pero Barril

    Todos los productos petroleros al igual que productivos químicos para la industria en general, tales productos los manejamos con ficha técnica del producto preferiblemente suministrada por el cliente de manera de garantizar el mismo .. no existe limitante en cuanto a cantidad ya que somos 17 refinerías principales y 100to y algo de refinerías aliadas hermanas a Rusia.

    Los pagos son dirigidos a la misma notaria petrolera escrita al Ministerio de Energia y Gas de Federacion Rusa de Naciones.
    Por la ley son unicos autorizados a emitir pruebas de producto.
    Por supuesto este invocie deberá ser cancelado siguiendo las instrucciones en el mismo, enviado a traves de un banco corresponsal o intermediario el cual es el encargado de hacer el previo due diligente. Siguiendo los lineamientos y leyes contemplados, ya que esta forma se esta protegido tanto comprador como vendedor.
    La moneda de pago: $ dollar.
    La forma de pago: Wire Transfer to Bank.
